Why is the processing time up to 3 weeks?

All items in my shop are handmade to order, meaning I create each piece especially for you.

I cut, sew, and finish every item myself to ensure the highest quality. Because of this personalized process — and depending on fabric availability — your order can take 1–3 weeks to be completed before it ships.

If you ever need something urgently, feel free to contact me and I’ll do my best to help.

Do you offer ready-to-ship items?

Yes! Some items are already made and available for immediate shipping. You can find these items under the categorie ready to ship.

How long does shipping take after my item is finished?

Once your order is completed and shipped, delivery times depend on the postal service:

Sweden: usually 2–5 business days

EU: approx. 5–14 business days

Please note: delays caused by the postal service are outside my control.

What are the care instructions?

All fabrics used comply with Oeko-Tex Standard 100, GOTS and/or are organic. Therefore, please observe the following when caring for these high-quality materials: 

  • Wash at 30°C
  • Use a gentle cycle
  • Do not bleach
  • Wash with similar colors
  • Do not tumble dry (air dry for best results)
  • Iron on low heat if necessary (avoid prints)

Proper care helps your garments stay soft and last longer.

Can I request a custom size or modification?

Depending on fabric availability, I may be able to accept custom requests such as:

  • Longer legs or sleeves
  • Different cuffs
  • Specific measurements

Do you accept returns?

Yes. You can return purchased items. Please note that the return period is 14 days from receipt. Only unwashed, unworn items with tags attached and in their original packaging will be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you use an insured return shipment with tracking. Upon receipt, I will inspect your return to ensure all the above conditions are met and refund the amount within a few days via the payment method you selected during checkout.

To make the return easier for us, please send me an email to hejcaluki@gmail.com informing me about the reason for the return.

What if something arrives damaged or with an issue?

If your item arrives with a problem, please contact me within 7 days with a photo.

I will repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the situation.

Are your products made in a pet-free environment?

All items are handmade in my home studio. Cats may occasionally be nearby, so while I take care to keep all products clean, please note that there could be minimal exposure to pet hair.
